Now when offering your wine through VINEX to approved buyers you will be guaranteed payment... yes, that's correct guaranteed, plus we will advance 80% of your 
invoice value to you in 3 days of dispatching your wine. The balance will be paid in 3 days of your invoice due date, either 60, 90 or 120 days. VINPay is a new industry-specific payments service providing increased liquity and real commercial advantages to both producers and buyers. Buyers must be located in the US, Canada, UK or European Union and be VINPay approved.

Enter Net Pricing Only
Now when you offer your wines to sell, or submit an offer to supply our approved buyers you only enter your NET PRICE - the price you agree to receive net of any fees. The VINEX offer screen then grosses up your price by a transparent VINPay Settlement fee to arrive at the Offered Price, that's visible to buyers.
Can I VINPay my direct sales invoices to existing customers? Yes. you can VINPay your existing invoices for wines sold directly to your customers, provided the buyer is credit approved. You'll still receive the same benefits; guaranteed payment and cash access in 3 days.
How does it work? Email us and ask if your buyer is VINPay approved. All transactions operate under a rolling tri-party agreement, between you, your buyer and VINEX. All invoices are settled in your major currency, either EUR, USD, AUD, NZD or ZAR. VINPay deducts the scheduled Settlement fee from the funds advanced to you in 3 days. A min. fee of €300 (or your local currency equivalent) applies to the total value of each transaction (which can be one or multiple invoices for wine dispatched).
